AAXO signs reciprocal agreement with IELA
AAXO is committed to growing the South African and African exhibition industry. The UFI global congress was recently held in South Africa for the first time ever and AAXO hosted the Africa Focus Session during this industry leading event. With more than 400 delegates from over 56 countries, this was certainly the perfect networking opportunity for AAXO to meet global organisers and industry associations.
One of the highlights for AAXO during the UFI congress was that we signed a reciprocal agreement with the IELA. The International Exhibition Logistics Association (IELA) is the global industry network that provides top quality performance and expertise for all exhibition logistics needs.
It is vital for the exhibition industry to stand together globally. AAXO will sign various agreements with international associations in the coming months to profile our region, members and their shows to the global community. These collaborations are vital to ensure our members can glean knowledge and insights to global trends and best practice. South Africa is open for business.
